TrueSaver (truesaver.co.uk) is a financial services lead generation and comparison platform. We act as an introducer, connecting consumers with FCA-authorised financial services providers.

What data we collect

When you use our comparison forms, we collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode, and answers to our qualifying questions. We also collect standard web analytics data (page views, device type) via cookies.

How we use your data

We use your data to match you with appropriate FCA-authorised financial services partners who will contact you with relevant advice and quotes. We do not sell your data to third parties outside of our authorised partner network.

Data retention

We retain lead data for 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is securely deleted unless you have become an active customer of one of our partners.
